In Prerana a new policy specially one that is socially beneficial is always welcome and accepted. So this year, 2015 under the guidance of our President Mrs.Suman Pipersenia, a decision was taken that before the monthly club meet the organizers will take up a social cause and contribute towards its betterment.

Accordingly we -Smita Dwivedi ,Shagufta Hussain , Bhavana Babu and Pallavi Sahu visited Shishu Mangal Kendra, Noonmati – an orphanage for boys on 15 December 2015 . As per the requirement given by the organization , we handed over 4 mattresses and 4 mosquito nets to them.

We also took packed snacks for the children. Interacting with the children we spent some time there and promised to help whenever required. It was a truly humbling experience.

Interacting with the children has always brought us nearer to their visions and dreams. We strife to cherish their dreams and ambitions bringing little change to their lives with the support from Prerana and like minded organizations.
