Dear members,
Our state, Assam was reeling under the severe impact of floods which had adversely affected over 43 lakh people, causing loss of life, property and immense miseries.
In our own small way to alleviate and help the stricken with relief, our President, PRERANA has decided to contribute an amount of Rs 5 lakhs to the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund to aid in combating the alarming flood situation in Assam.
On 26 July the members of PRERANA visited the Hon’ble Chief Minister’s office and handed over cheque of Rs 5 lakhs.
