18th Nov- 2015 Social Activity by Mrs Pallavi sahu ,Mrs Ruby Prasad, and Mrs Bindu Goel -Distributed snacks to destitute children of Jyoti Snehalaya and Ela Snehalaya
On 18th November 2015 at 4pm on behalf of All Prerana members I Mrs Pallavi sahu, Mrs Ruby Prasad and Mrs Bindu Goel went to meet the orphan children of Jyoti shenalaya and Ila Shenalaya being kept together at Betkuchi behind Balaji temple.Jyoti shenalaya is an orphanage being managed by mission and look after by Father Thadeaus and sisters. Mrs Rashmi Narzary our senior Prerana member, associated with Jyoti shenalaya and Ila shenalaya from long back informed us.
After reaching we met Father Thadeaus n co -worker. We met 65 children both boys and girls of mixed age living there.we were taken to have a look of the entire campus the prayer room, the hostel,dometory by Father Thadeaus. The children have kept the campus and dometory very well neat n organized.we had chats and discuss about their career and study. The girls specially are full of inner qualities and found some of the kids doing so well,only they require someone to guide them .We distributed some food packet taken for them. Seeing them we felt a sense of satisfaction after the visit.
